All that is needed to join is your name, country and email address. Web aliases are fine, just please don't add a billion sparkles or numbers after it, aka *~*~WeBPrInCeSS17875~*~*. I reserve the right to edit the sparkles and whatnot off your alias if it throws off the list. :p
A website is not necessary to join. However, if you have a website and you want it listed on this site, please post a code in a visible area on your site. If I can't find the code when I check for it, you will be added to the list but your site will not.
